Acai Smoothie Bowl


Acai smoothies are the best, we ate a tonne of them in Costa Rica. This was one of our favourites.

Acai Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1  Prep Time: 5 mins


  • Smoothie bowl base:
    • 1 pack of Tropical frozen fruit
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
    • 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Toppings:
    • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. You may need to use a spoon or tamper to scrape down the sides to assist in blending.
