Acai smoothies are the best, we ate a tonne of them in Costa Rica. This was one of our favourites.
Acai Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 mins
INGREDIENTS
- Smoothie bowl base:
- 1 pack of Tropical frozen fruit
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Toppings:
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. You may need to use a spoon or tamper to scrape down the sides to assist in blending.
