PB Banana Overnight Oats


This is one of my favourite easy breakfast recipes that can be prepped the night before, Peanut butter, bananas, creamy oats, need I say more? You can add a mini peanut butter cup if you have the extra macros available.

PB Banana Overnight Oats

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 mins


  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
  • 1/8 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 banana, sliced


  1. Mix together all ingredients except for the bananas and divide equally among two jars overnight.
  2. Add 1/2 banana in the morning or before serving.
